Sino-Culture Press (SCP) was founded by the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee in October 1987 and now is a member unit company under China Publishing Group. SCP strives to build and form a product system with biography, history, culture and philosophy as its main product line and United Front culture as its distinctive feature.

Since its establishment, SCP has published over 5,000 titles and received honors and awards, such as the National Outstanding Publishing House, China Excellent Publications Award, and National Award for Outstanding Popular Theory Readings.
