China National Publications Import and Export (Group) Co., Ltd. (CNPIEC) is a large state-owned cultural enterprise founded in 1949. It became a member of China Publishing Group in 2002.

CNPIEC boasts China's only publications-exclusive bonded warehouse and export supervision warehouse, as well as two exclusive rights for import of audio & video products and retail of foreign newspapers and magazines. Its business covers publications import and export, digital resource services, international exhibition services, print on demand, international publishing, cultural trade, finance and real estate. Currently, CNPIEC has assets totaling RMB4.8 billion and over 30 branches at home and abroad.
