From the perspective of a little boy, this book tells about the changes that occurs after his grandfather, who used to love playing hide-and-seek with him, develops dementia: he forgets the way home, forgets who he is, and eventually forgets the little boy... At first the boy thought his grandfather was playing hide-and-seek with him, but later he realizes that his grandfather was getting old.
