As it unfolds, the story’s two main plots, one of mountain climbing and the other a war waged on the business front, begin to take shape. Portraying over 100 characters throughout the story, it recounts the thrilling and intense three days of protagonist Yingfu atop Mount Qomolangma (i.e. Mount Everest). The storyline involves elements that are both suspenseful and thrilling. Yingfu's "Eastern Dream City" is not only the name of a real estate project located at the feet of Mount Qomolangma, but also an expression of the hopes he has for ordinary people to lead a well-off life. However, after the completion of his "Eastern Dream City", he gets caught up in a huge commercial conspiracy. Trapped atop the Qomolangma Wall, Yingfu gets himself caught between a rock and a hard place.
