The Selection of Traditional Chinese Mini Prose For Reading series was compiled and written by Zhu Lixia, the first postdoctoral fellow in Chinese classical education and Secretary General of the Chinese Recitation Research Association. It combines the "Higher Primary School Chinese Textbook" compiled by Tang Wenzhi, the master of Chinese classical education, to modernize and interpret Chinese classical texts, and ensure the readability and accuracy of knowledge. The series consists of 4 volumes and 39 classical texts, all of which are interesting fables. Following the original text, each story is accompanied by a summary for better understanding, as well as nearly 500 general annotations of classical Chinese and relevant readings. This series serves as an introductory reading material for learning Chinese classics.
