In order to thoroughly study, research, publicize, and implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourses on legal culture, deeply study and implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, develop the theory of Chinese socialist rule of 1aw, vigorously carry forward the essence of the Constitution, continuously enhance citizens’ legal literacy through legal practice, promote the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese legal culture, prosper and develop socialist legal culture, strengthen the construction of socialist legal culture positions, and enhance international exchanges in legal culture, the Legal Culture Association of China Law Society has organized relevant authorities, institutions, universities, and individuals, bringing together 19 heavyweight articles and three investigative studies. This is conducive to strengthening the construction of a contingent of legal professionals and striving to build a sound, people-oriented socialist legal culture for our nation that embraces modernization, the world, and the future.
