This painting is a selection of more than 30 works of flowers and birds by Lv Ji. The physique of the Southern Song Dynasty Academy, the court continued the neat and meticulous painting style and hook brushwork of Huang Quan, and carried it forward, mostly with phoenixes, cranes, peacocks, mandarin ducks and other songbirds as the theme, mixed with rich flowers and trees, the picture is gorgeous. He is also a freehand painter of thick brushstrokes, with vigorous and unrestrained brushstrokes, similar to Lin Liang, and Bian Jingzhao is the representative of the Lingu School in the Ming Dynasty courtyard flower and bird painting. Its flower and bird painting style presents two aspects, one is heavy and colorful, Seiko is rich, and more paintings are phoenixes, peacocks, mandarin ducks and the like, supplemented by trees and slopes, and the background of the beach and the flowing spring, which is both legal and full of vitality. The other type is ink freehand painting, with broad brushstrokes, concise and unrestrained, close to Lin Liang's style.
